2. Will the picture on the website be exactly what I'll receive? Costume styles and/or products/items are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturers production. These changes no matter how slight are beyond our control. The manufacturers do not always notify us of these changes. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the product descriptions and/or images as soon as we are aware of them. Items may vary due to production and/or printing process, Costumes-4-Halloween (Danny's Trix & Kix Inc.) is not responsible for any inadvertent errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

4. If I request 2nd day or next day shipping when will I receive my order? We cannot guarantee that your 2nd day or next day package will arrive in 2 days or the next day after your order is processed. Item's stock status and/or the volume of orders being received by Costumes-4-Halloween.com (Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc.) may influence delivery date, however we will do our very best.
5. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses? Not at the present time.
6. How quickly will my order be processed? We ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) of receiving your order. Most orders are shipped out the same day, if placed before 3:00 pm (CST).
7. Where will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped to the shipping address that you provided when the order was placed. We cannot ship to a PO Box or an APO address. If you provide an incorrect address Costumes-4-Halloween.com (Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc.) is not responsible. Please include apartment number, suite, etc. Currently we only ship to the United States of America.
8. Do I have to sign for my package(order)? Fed-ex and UPS does not ordinarily require a signature upon deliverly of package, however they can require a signature upon their discretion. If you have any concerns about having your package left without a person to receive it you can require a signature upon delivery of your package, however there is an additional fee of $3.00 for this service. Costumes-4-Halloween.com (Dannys Trix & Kix, Inc.) is NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, etc. once the package has left our warehouse.
9. Can I return my order? Only Costumes can be exchanged or returned.NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER OCTOBER 15. All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days from receipt of order. No returns or exchanges on any other items. No costume can be returned without prior authorization and a Return Authorization #. Without this number all returns and/or exchanges will be refused and no credit will be issued. You can receive this number by e-mailing us at info@costumes-4-Halloween.com or by calling 281-528-7136. The Return Authorization # must be printed on the outside of the returned package. Note: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
10. If I order the wrong size can I exchange the costume for a different size? Yes, but a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges will be the customers responsibility in event of an exchange.
11. Can I cancel an order after it is placed? We cannot cancel an order once it is placed due to our system automatically processing your order. This is why we cannot make changes. If an error is made, you will need to accept the order and contact us about a Return Authorization # so that the order can be returned if our policy allows for a refund. We will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees once your order has been placed. If you are notified that an item is not in stock and you wish to cancel the order you will not be charged. All refunds are for the cost of the costume only. No shipping and handling charges will be refunded. Any return received with missing items, damages, worn or without original packaging will not be issued a credit.

13. How long does it take for a refund? It takes about 10-14 days to process your return order and to issue a refund credit to your credit card company.

We are a verified Authorize.net merchant that encrypts all of your personal information. The site is also secured with SSL certificates from GeoTrust with 256 bit encryption utilizing the highest level of encryption or security possible.
